DELIVERY (Postage & Timings)
We will try our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible however please allow 2-3 working days for us to process and ship your item unless otherwise stated.
All UK Mainland orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Delivery or courier and can take 1-3 working days to arrive after the initial processing time.
International Orders may take a little longer to arrive once this initial processing time has passed and are shipped by Air Mail or international courier.
We also offer free delivery on all orders over £50 (UK only).
Our products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local leglisation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order. Sneaky Peek Boutique is not responsible for any of these charges.
We want you to be completely happy with any item purchased through sneakypeekboutique.com.
However if for any reason you don’t like an item once it arrives on your doorstep, you can return it within 28 days of receiving your order.
If you aren’t happy with your purchase and would like to request a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your Name, Address, Order Number and reason for return.
Please note: We’re unable to issue any request if you have not emailed us first.
Once we have received your email, we will then contact you with our returns address and further instructions.
All items returned to us must be unused (this includes being washed or worn) and have all the original packaging and labels attached.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on all earrings.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and to ensure that it arrives safely with us we recommend that you send it First Class Recorded. We will only be able to refund lost parcels with this form of postage.
Please note: We’re sorry to say that we are unable to refund the original delivery charge.
If you have received an item in error, we would firstly like to say we’re very sorry but we are only human. We will replace this item once we have received the wrong item back with us and we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
